Dubai Banking Experience - Mashreq Bank
Today I open a personal bank account, I wasn’t looking forward to it from past experience in Dubai with banking. However, I walking into Mashreq this morning in Media City, I took my passport/visa, ID card and Employment contract. I sat down with a gentleman, who completed all my details on his computer. When he was finished he asked me to take a seat and my Cheque book and debit card would be ready in 15 minutes and it was! I was then asked to take a seat for a further 5 minutes when a friendly cashier came over to me and on an Android tablet she helped me with my user ID, password, pin for my debit card, and online banking. I walked out of Mashreq 60 minutes after, all set up with an open personal account and I was a very happy person, which means my husband is happy too.
What fantastic service, I would like to recommend opening an account with Mashreq in Media City and I hope you have an amazing experience as I did, remember you will need at least 60 minutes, but it may take a little longer.
