Ceri is a certified professional life and executive coach working in Dubai where she has worked and lived for the past 3 and a half years. After studying Psychology at University, Ceri pursued a career in Human Resources, reaching Executive Board level where as part of her role she worked with a number of Senior leaders and managers coaching them to meet business challenges. Ceri believes coaching is not just applicable in the corporate environment and is passionate about ensuring everyone knows about the benefits of coaching and how it can empower them to live the absolute life they want. HOW DID ENTREPRENEURSHIP COME TO YOUR MIND?
For me it was all about fulfillment and following my passion. I found I was working in an environment where I wasn’t fulfilled anymore and was spending too much time in meetings feeling I wasn’t achieving anything. Having become recently qualified as a professional coach I knew this is what I truly want to do, especially as I uncovered my life purpose is to connect people to their potential. Dubai is all about entrepreneurship and giving people the opportunity to become successful, and so I decided it was the right time to take the leap from my corporate security blanket to follow my passion.
