Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh paid a special visit to Canterbury this week to unveil statues of themselves at Canterbury Cathedral.
A number of Scholars and Purples were fortunate enough to attend a service within the Cathedral prior to the unveiling of the statues carved by sculptor Nina Bilbey. Other pupils and staff lined the Precincts to welcome the royal party.
