COMING FROM A DIFFERENT PART OF THE WORLD, WHAT ARE THE CHALLENGES YOU HAVE FACED IN THE MIDDLE EAST?
I believe I found the best opportunities here. The two companies I’ve been the GM of in the Middle East have both been local hotel chains. So I believe that I’ve been given each opportunity as a woman and that local chains saw that I was able to do the job. I wouldn’t say I had any disadvantages being a woman in this part of the world. I’m happy with how my career has progressed.
